Who we are
Hayat Al-Ummah Welfare (“we”, “our”) is a youth-led volunteer initiative based in Jamia Nagar, New Delhi – 110025, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.
Information you give us
We only collect information you choose to share with us — for example your name, phone number and message when you contact us through WhatsApp, email or a Google Form.
We use that information for one purpose: to respond to you. We do not sell, rent or trade it.
Information we may collect automatically
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregates anonymised, privacy-first statistics (visits, pages, country level). No cookies, no cross-site tracking.
- Hosting server logs — standard IP addresses and request data kept briefly for security and technical operations by our hosting provider.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party services:
- Google Forms — our forms are hosted on Google Forms and are governed by Google’s privacy policy. Donations are never collected through Google Forms.
- WhatsApp — messages sent via the WhatsApp link on this site are governed by WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
Children
Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Your rights
You can ask us to update or delete the information you shared with us at any time by emailing info@ummahwelfare.online. We will do so within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
